Bites & Conversations
Served from 7-9:30PM.  Bites & conversations includes savory selections of small plates with complementing beverages, offering you a chance to mingle with the other weekend guests.

Saturday
Breakfast
Served buffet style from 8-9:30am.  Breakfast includes local eggs, homemade ricotta cheese served with RIVERBEND honey, freshly made yogurt & granola, and other breakfast selections.

Family Style Lunch
Served from 12:30-1:45.  This lunch headlines Sarah’s freshly made breads with a custom, make- your-own-sandwiches spread featuring a wide and delectable variety of options that will delight every palate. Accompanied by an assortment of fresh salads. 

Chef Tasting & Wine Pairing Dinner
Served at 7:30. An unforgettable five-course meal, featuring the finest elements of the local spring bounty.  Each course is paired with a corresponding wine to highlight the meal, and will be finished with Chef Ian's signature homemade ice cream.

Sunday
RIVERBEND Brunch:

Served from 9:30-11.  A brunch buffet of sweet and savory delights, both classic and new. Toast the weekend with a Bloody Mary made with with our homemade horseradish or a delicious mimosa, and enjoy our house made teas made with foraged herbs from the RIVERBEND property.

Breadmaking with Sarah Owens · Workshop | April 1
Led by Sarah Owens, James Beard Award Winning Author, horticulturist, and owner of BK17 Bakery.  Sarah will lead two 3-hour workshops on Saturday April 1 beginning at 9:30. In this class you will learn how to work with natural leavening and understand the health benefits of wholesome, flavorful whole grain baked bread.  The afternoon session will begin at 2 pm, where you will experience creating whole grain pastry crust to make individual-sized seasonal pies.  You will not only leave the class with a great experience but with a jar of Sarah’s starter and a loaf to bake at home.

Riverbend Food
Chef Ian Boyle will prepare meals throughout the weekend utilizing many local and regionally sourced ingredients that will complement Sarah’s bread.  Overnight and day attendees will be treated to a chef's tasting with wine pairing. This 5-course meal will reflect a creative interpretation of Ian's Italian training. Please let us know if you have dietary restrictions or allergies.

Exploration
A time to learn more about our side of the Catskill mountains, the environment, our towns, neighbors and businesses.   We begin our Sunday exploration with an early morning walk of the property along the river bank and our bee yard.  Back to the RIVERBEND to enjoy brunch, and then off to the local farmers market, where you will meet the makers and purveyors of many of the ingredients you enjoyed tasting throughout the weekend.
